Spread a Smile is a remarkable UK charity dedicated to bringing joy to seriously ill children and their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Working across hospitals, hospices and homes, their mission is simple but incredibly powerful—to spread smiles when they are needed most.

Through in-person visits and virtual sessions, their team of entertainers—including magicians, musicians, artists and performers—create moments of light in environments that can often feel overwhelming. Whether it’s a child laughing at a magic trick, singing along to their favourite song, or simply being distracted from treatment for a short while, these moments matter more than words can describe.
